If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of its arrival at your destination.  We do not do refunds but are happy to exchange your item or issue a credit which never expires and is transferable, yep you can give it to your BFF if you don't find something else you love and can't live without!  Your store credit is redeemable online or in our Brick and Mortar.

To make a return: You have 14 days to return your item

• A Return Authorization must be requested either by email to avaniyogaandboutique@gmail.com or a phone call to our boutique at 808.634.1416
• Item cannot have been washed or worn, must still be in original packaging with tags attached.  Item must be sellable in order to go back into our inventory
• Reason for return
• We are a small business run by three sisters on the big island.  Many items are originals and handmade so we hold a high standard for any items we ship out to ensure nothing is damaged, defective or flawed before we ship it to our valued customers.  We want you to love your purchase and we work hard to make sure you are happy shopping at Avani Yoga and Boutique
• You must pay the shipping to return your item-we will always pay the shipping to ship any item to you.  Sounds fair right?
• Any lost or damaged item in transit is your responsibility
