All of our classes are Classic Hatha Yoga in the B.K.S. Iyengar Tradition.
Yogasana means yoga postures or poses, the physical practice of Yoga.
Sādhanā means Practice, the methodical discipline to attain desired knowledge or goal.
Our classes include chanting of the invocation to the Great Sage Patanjali and Meditation.
What is extraordinary about Sādhanā is that it is personal!
It's your body, your temple and you decide what your practice ~Sādhana means to you.

Dhyana (meditation) is included in each practice.
All classes are 1.5 hours long and tailored to your abilities.
